Team Lead
Dr. Atajan, a PhD holder in Applied Mathematics, is the founder and lead tutor at MyU Academy. With his extensive expertise and passion for education, he provides personalized tutoring and in-depth teaching to help students reach their full potential.
Ethan Schauder
Tutor
Ethan is a senior at Tuscarora High School and plans to attend the University of Virginia in Fall for a double-major in Physics and Computer Science. As a previous elementary school tutor, he uses his knowledge in STEM and experience teaching to provide engaging and informative lessons to his students.
Nadine Alexander
Online Tutor
Nadine is a part-time tutor at MyU Academy, currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Virginia. With a strong foundation in engineering principles, she brings a problem-solving approach to her tutoring, helping students excel in STEM subjects and humanities subjects.
Brennan deButts
Tutor
Brennan is a Senior at Heritage High School, and avidly involved in his school’s music and theater programs. His experience working with others from a wide range of backgrounds as performer in the Fine Arts as well as Student Council President makes him a kind and engaging mentor for any young learner. As a tutor, he specializes in English and grammar.
Arya Mundey
Tutor
Arya is a senior at Heritage High School and is planning to go to George Mason University for Pure Mathematics. As a former EL Algebra 1 teacher assistant, along with the help of multiple psychology courses, he has learned that every student is different and strives to understand each student's unique learning style.
Layan Alhadi
Tutor
Layan is a senior at Heritage High school and is completing the International Baccalaureate Program while being very involved through 3 Varsity Sports. She has taken multiple college math courses including AP Precalculus and AP Calculus AB by her sophomore year. By volunteering at her elementary school with previous teachers she understands that each student learns in a different way and is prepared to cater to every student.
